- Compact RN
- RN License (current state of Wisconsin or Multi-state NLC license)
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
- Clinical competence and experience in care and management of target patient populations specific to area of employment
- Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice from an accredited School of Nursing
