ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC (AHA or ARC issued) Minimum of 5 years of ER experience required Trauma Level II hospital experience required Prior travel nursing experience required Skilled in respiratory care including BiPAP/CPAP management and ventilated patient care Skilled in interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs) Experienced in IV therapy, phlebotomy, and central line care/management Experienced administering emergency medications, IV vasopressors, and continuous IV sedation Skilled in procedural sedation administration and monitoring Experienced in cardiac monitoring, including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias Knowledgeable in isolation precautions/PPE and triage procedures Two supervisor references obtained within the past year required for consideration Additional Information Provide emergency nursing care including triage, cardiac monitoring, and management of critically ill or injured patients Facility is a Trauma Level II center Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius to qualify for local rate consideration Returning employees must have a minimum 1-year separation before reapplying as a traveler Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract, with only 1 holiday request approved per contract Holiday coverage includes New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day Must be available to complete lab work within 3-5 days of contract signing 7-year work history verification required for all candidates
