Qualifications include an unrestricted RN license in South Carolina, current BCLS certification, completion of nursing orientation, and IV therapy competency.
Preferred candidates will have hospital experience, advanced certifications in specialty areas, and membership in professional nursing organizations.
The RN may assume the Charge Nurse role when needed and participate in ongoing skills development.
Additional duties involve floating to other units as required, maintaining certifications, and contributing to a high-quality healthcare environment.
