Position Description

RN – Registered Nurse – Neuro PCU

BayCare Health System is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate Neuro team at St. Joseph’s Hospital. As part of the community since 1934, St. Joseph’s Hospital has been a partner for continued health and wellness.

The Neuro unit is a PCU unit that consists of neuro medical and neuro surgical patients. Come be a part of a comprehensive stroke unit that takes pride in delivering optimal care.

The RN Responsibilities Include

Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. Professional accountability and development. Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
ACLS Certification, if required by department
Nurse Specialty certification is preferred
