RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager - At Independence Rehab and Nursing, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the nursing unit, collaborating with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, providing mentorship and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
