As a continuing care LPN with Corewell Health, providing top-notch patient care is paramount. Under the direction of an RN, mid-level Provider, or Physician, you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required Completion of an approved nursing program
- Successful completion of competency based orientation program
- License Practical Nursing (LPN) - State of Michigan Upon Hire
- Driver's License - State of Michigan Upon Hire
Preferred
- Associate's Degree or equivalent Graduate of an approved nursing program
- Healthcare experience
