About this role

BrightStar Care of Leesburg has expanded into West Virginia and is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one pediatric home care in Kearneysville and Charles Town, WV. Current openings include a 6-month-old pediatric patient requiring trach, ventilator, and G-tube care in Kearneysville, and a 4-year-old pediatric patient requiring G-tube care in Charles Town on Tuesdays & Thursdays 1:00 PM – 12:00 AM. Responsibilities include providing skilled one-on-one nursing care, monitoring patient condition, administering medications and treatments, managing tracheostomy/ventilator/G-tube care, and educating family members.

Requirements

  • RN
  • LPN
  • Current RN or LPN license in West Virginia
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Pediatric home health experience preferred but not required
  • Trach/vent experience preferred for Kearneysville case (training available)
  • Negative TB test result (Preferred)
  • CPR Certification (Preferred)
  • WV LPN License (Preferred)
