- Assist surgeons during facial cosmetic surgeries, maintaining sterile environments and supporting surgical protocols.
- Monitor patients closely during the intraoperative phase, ensuring vital signs and anesthesia levels are stable.
- Provide comprehensive post-operative care in the PACU, including pain management, wound assessment, and patient education on recovery processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Educate patients about pre- and post-surgical instructions to promote optimal recovery outcomes.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions, procedures, and observations in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Uphold safety standards and infection control protocols within a luxury medical environment dedicated to facial plastic surgery.
- Demonstrate professionalism and empathy while working with patients seeking cosmetic enhancements in a high-end setting.
Skills
- Valid Registered Nurse license with current certification.
- Prior experience in perioperative nursing, preferably within facial plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures.
- Strong knowledge of surgical protocols, anesthesia monitoring, and post-operative care specific to facial surgeries.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and reassure patients throughout their surgical experience.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
