Role: Inpatient Rehab RN
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury.
Assess, plan, and implement individualized rehabilitation care plans.
Administer medications and treatments.
Monitor patient progress and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
Educate patients and families, support discharge planning, ensure accurate documentation, and promote safety and mobility.
Qualifications & Skills
Commitment to clinical excellence, strong communication, teamwork, and patient education skills. Ability to assess patient needs and develop tailored care strategies.
