Position Overview

Starkman Facial Plastic Surgery and Palomo Facial Plastic Surgery are premier, high-growth surgical practices delivering a refined, patient-centered experience.

We are seeking a Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of SFPS and PFPS. This role is responsible for ensuring operational consistency, team alignment, and an exceptional patient experience across both practices.

This position operates under the direction of executive leadership and is focused on execution, accountability, and operational stability within the clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations across SFPS and PFPS, ensuring efficient clinic flow and schedule optimization
  • Execute and maintain standardized workflows across both practices
  • Identify operational gaps and implement timely, effective solutions
  • Ensure consistent utilization of NexTech and all patient communication systems

Team Oversight & Accountability

  • Direct oversight of front office and clinical coordination teams within SFPS and PFPS
  • Establish clear expectations, workflows, and accountability structures
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training in alignment with practice standards
  • Address performance issues promptly and professionally

Patient Experience

  • Ensure a seamless, high-touch experience from initial contact through post-operative care
  • Monitor patient interactions and feedback to maintain brand standards
  • Partner with Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) and clinical teams to ensure continuity of care

Systems & Process Execution

  • Implement and uphold SOPs across all operational areas
  • Drive consistency in scheduling, documentation, and communication
  • Support ongoing refinement of operational systems and workflows

Performance Awareness

  • Support daily reporting and schedule management
  • Maintain awareness of key performance indicators (conversion, utilization, patient flow)
  • Escalate operational or performance concerns to leadership with proposed solutions

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of healthcare operations experience (plastic surgery or aesthetics strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive accountability
  • Strong operational mindset with experience improving workflows and systems
  • Experience with NexTech or similar EMR systems preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
  • Professional, composed, and effective in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

  • Facial plastic surgery or high-end aesthetic practice experience
  • Multi-provider or multi-site coordination
  • Experience in a patient-pay, concierge, or luxury service environment

  • SFPS and PFPS operate with structure, consistency, and efficiency
  • Teams understand expectations and perform with accountability
  • Patient experience is elevated and consistent across both practices
  • SOPs are actively followed—not just documented
  • Leadership is able to focus on growth, not daily operational issues

Compensation & Structure

  • Competitive salary based on experience
