About this role

Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our night shift team at Nightingale at Monticello, a resident-centered skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Monticello, Arkansas. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise the care delivered by LPNs and CNAs, and play a crucial role in maintaining resident safety, comfort, and clinical stability.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

Complete assessments, documentation, and clinical follow-up as required

Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes

Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Provide leadership and support to LPNs and CNAs during the shift

Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards

Participate in shift handoffs and maintain accurate, timely documentation

Requirements

Active Arkansas RN license in good standing

Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or a healthcare setting preferred

Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented

Reliable and able to work the 7p–7a schedule
