A healthcare facility in Hancock, MI is seeking an experienced OB Director (RN) to provide clinical and operational leadership for its obstetrics department. This position offers an opportunity for an experienced Labor and Delivery nurse leader to oversee daily operations while supporting high-quality, safe patient care. The OB Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the obstetrics department, including Labor and Delivery services. This role provides nursing leadership, supports clinical standards, coordinates department operations, and works closely with staff and hospital leadership to maintain an effective and patient-focused care environment.

Requirements

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent approved nursing education
Current, active Michigan RN license
Professional experience in Labor and Delivery
Ability to work on-site in Hancock, Michigan
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - preferred
Approximately 4 years of Labor and Delivery experience - preferred
Approximately 2 years of healthcare leadership experience - preferred
NRP Certification - preferred
