In this role, you will collaborate closely with Medical Providers and the care team to deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care. You will also help oversee daily clinical flow, ensuring smooth operations and an excellent patient experience. As a key clinical resource, you will serve as a mentor and professional role model for fellow team members.

Requirements

  • RN license
  • State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Graduate Nurse Permit required
  • Degree from accredited academic nursing program
  • Minimum ADN preparation with expectation of BSN completion within 5 years of hire
  • BLS required
