Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and monitor vital signs
Support resident care plans and maintain clinical documentation
Supervise and guide CNA staff
Ensure resident safety, dignity, and comfort
Collaborate with Nurse Managers and the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications
Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for caring for the aging population
