*Job Overview* True Harmony Home Health, LLC., an ACHC accredited Home Health Agency, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nevada Licensed Registered Nurse to join its healthcare team in Las Vegas.
We are a home health agency dedicated to providing compassionate and excellent healthcare services to all our patients in need. We are an inclusive, hardworking team that covers various areas such as Las Vegas, North Vegas, Henderson, Pahrump, etc. We strongly believe in work-life balance and safety for all our staff, regardless of the locations they are sent to visit patients.
The ideal candidate MUST have at least 3 years of experience in the home health care field. As a Registered Nurse, he/she will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, educating patients and their families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal health outcomes.
*Responsibilities*

- Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and symptoms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform venipuncture, tube feeding, and other necessary procedures for patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
- Provide specialized care in home health care setting/field.
*Skills*
- Strong knowledge of physiology and human anatomy.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a home health field.
- Ability to visit patients in ALL areas/regions of Las Vegas, NV.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and teamwork.
- Ability to work with elderly patients.
- Compassionate approach to patient care with strong interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices in nursing.
