Assistant Nurse Manager- Behavioral Health- P/T with Benefits - Evenings

The Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring quality care by managing and leading the staff in a manner consistent with the plan of care, the mission and scope of service of Carrier, program policy and procedure and the regulatory standards of accreditation policies on their respective shifts. Assumes administrative and clinical responsibility in the absence of the Vice President of Patient Care Services and other administrative personnel. Responsibilities include monitoring patient care, promoting a culture of safety, directing interventions in emergencies, supervising nursing staff, mentoring and coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
