What you will do: Responsibilities listed include but not limited to

Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compassion Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients Administer medications, treatments, and procedures accurately and efficiently Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and positive outcomes Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with established protocols and regulations Qualifications

What you will need

Must be 21 years of age Holds a bachelor's degree in nursing or related health and human services field from an accredited college or university OR an RN from an accredited two-year program Valid driver's license and insurance required Be able to bend stoop, push, pull, sit, and walk for periods of time Able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting 50 pounds About our Line of Business Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
