The Director of Clinical and Quality Services is the senior clinical leader responsible for enterprise-wide clinical governance, quality, patient safety, accreditation, education, and nursing oversight. The position provides professional oversight of Registered Nurses for matters related to the practice of nursing and partners with executive leadership to improve clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and organizational performance. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and will oversee the Manager of Educational Services; Quality Coordinator(s); and all Registered Nurses in the organization on clinical matters only (specifically in the practice of nursing).

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required; or equivalent of at least 6 years of critical care nursing experience
- Current unrestricted Ohio RN license
- 3 years of leadership experience in quality improvement, performance improvement, or clinical services and quality
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and healthcare informatics
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ITLS certification (or obtained within 12 months of hire)
- CMTE certifications within 2 years of hire
