How you'll make an impact in this role

Deliver Compassionate Patient-Centered Care: Provide direct, high-quality nursing care tailored to individual needs, adhering to safety protocols to promote comfort, healing, and clinical excellence.

Champion Patient Care Plans: Implement, monitor, and adapt individualized care plans while tracking patient progress and communicating critical condition updates to ensure timely clinical decisions.

Lead Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Serve as the primary advocate and central coordinator across all care disciplines, ensuring a seamless, well-aligned treatment journey for every patient.

Execute Critical Medical Orders: Accurately carry out physician and nursing directives to maintain clinical momentum and protect patient safety at every stage of treatment.

Orchestrate Safe, Smooth Transitions: Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs alongside the broader healthcare team, empowering patients and families for success beyond their hospital stay.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

1 year medical surgical or critical care experience
