About this role
Autumn Lake Healthcare at Bradford Oaks is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Supervisor to join our leadership team. The RN Nurse Supervisor will oversee nursing operations, support staff, and ensure the highest quality of care for residents. Responsibilities include supervising and supporting nursing staff during assigned shifts, ensuring high-quality resident care and compliance with facility policies, assisting with staffing, scheduling, and clinical oversight, responding to resident, family, and staff concerns, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote positive resident outcomes.
Qualifications include a current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license, previous experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred, previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Weekend and Evening positions available.
