Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to our residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and ordered by healthcare providers
Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans and address resident needs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including progress notes, medication records, and treatment plans
About the Role
As an LVN on our day shift, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to our residents. Our state-of-the-art facilities and specialized care programs, including our Memory Lane unit for residents with Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia, ensure that you will be challenged and engaged in your work.
