About this role

Location : This position is for the Cambridge/Somerville area. We have cases clustered around a small geographic area, which opens the opportunity for lots of patients without much travel, if you live close by.
Hours: We are flexible with the hours that our nurses want to work.
Please note : Pay is calculated per visit, with differential pay rates, depending on the nature of work.

Summary
- In-home ongoing quality care.
- Skilled Nursing: Nurses help clients achieve wellness and autonomy through advocacy, assessment, planning, communication, education, resource management, service facilitation, and use of evidence-based guidelines or standards which result in holistic and well measured care.
- Case notes are important.
- Nurses provide emotional support, reassurance and encouragement to patients.
