Seeking a dependable, self-motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in West Akron, Ohio. The LPN/RN provides skilled nursing services to patients in accordance with the current nursing plan of care within their scope of practice.

- Active, unencumbered LPN or RN licensure in the State of Ohio
- Minimum of one year's experience as an LPN or RN, preferably in a clinical home care setting
- CPR Certification
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- BLS Certification
- In-home healthcare experience
