As a part of the WSL Family, you will

  • Assist residents with their daily routines, providing compassionate, personalized care.
  • Respond promptly to residents' needs, ensuring comfort and safety.
  • Administer medications and provide technical nursing care as prescribed by physicians.
  • Observe and record changes in residents' conditions, and promptly report significant signs and symptoms.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and other care team members.
  • Assist with other duties as needed to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
  • Help supervise and lead Nursing assistants and LPNs.

What You'll Need

  • Active Illinois RN License in good standing (new grads are welcome!).
  • CPR certification preferred.
  • Excellent patient care and customer service skills.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds , and push/pull medication carts and wheelchairs with up to 30 pounds of force.
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and reach with hands and arms to assist residents.

  • Competitive hourly rates: $37.00 - $44 per hour *Based on experience and shift
