About this role

Family Hospice knows that employees who are compassionate and are treated well give quality care and create an outstanding company in the community we live in and serve. Family provides hospice services to patients in their place of residence in and around the Greenwood, SC area.
As the Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will partner with our clinical team to care for and support our patients during their hospice journey when they need you most.
Qualifications
An enthusiasm for providing the best possible care to patients and their families.
A Registered Nurse license in good standing
1 year of experience in hospice or home health preferred
A valid driver’s license
Current CPR certification
Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills
