As our Home Health Care RN Clinical Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our clinical operations. Your days will be filled with purpose as you:
Provide clinical oversight for Home Health nursing staff
Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
Reviewing and approving OASIS assessments, care plans, and documentation
Supporting field clinicians with education, coaching, and problem‑solving
Participating in case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings
Monitoring quality metrics and assisting with performance improvement initiatives

Requirements
✨ What You Bring
Active RN license in Michigan
Home Health experience required (OASIS experience strongly preferred)
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Solid understanding of OASIS and home health regulations
Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
Excellent communication and team‑building abilities
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
A passion for supporting nurses and delivering exceptional patient care
Ability to work in the field as needed
