Registered Nurse (RN) –
Requirements
Must hold an active RN license in the state of Missouri
Registered Nurse (RN) –
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents as assigned
Administer and accurately document medications and treatments
Assist physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments
Provide health education and emotional support to residents and their families
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in planning and evaluating care
Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
Document responses to nursing care in resident charts
Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents
Support unit operations and assume charge nurse duties when assigned
