D & S Diversified Technologies - Headmaster LLP is the testing company for nurse aides in your state. We are actively recruiting Registered Nurses to observe the skills portion of the exam.
So, what exactly does an RN Test Observer do, and how much can an RN Test Observer make? Well, an RN Test Observer works in four-hour blocks, testing 8 students. The entire process is computerized, and you check that a candidate does or does not do each step for a pre-selected skill.
You are paid based on the number of skills tests and knowledge tests you administer. The more candidates you observer, the more money you make. The base rate is approximately $33.00 for a skills test per candidate, and they finish in about 30 minutes or less. But more than the money, you are making a large difference in these students’ lives and helping fill the shortage of nurse aides in your state.
Many RN Test Observers say that this is the best nursing job they have ever had.
If you are interested in this position, please submit your resume and active unencumbered RN License to newmexico@hdmaster.com or call 1-888-401-0462 and ask for Naomi for additional information.
