About this role

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Behavioral Health to provide compassionate patient care in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities Include

Conducting comprehensive initial nursing assessments and ongoing patient evaluations using multidisciplinary input. Administering and documenting treatments, medications, and interventions accurately, ensuring patient safety and adherence to policies. Verifying orders, managing medication reconciliation, scheduling procedures, and ensuring proper documentation. Monitoring for adverse reactions to medications, including during first doses, and recognizing patient needs through age-specific competencies. Collaborating with healthcare team members to promote quality care and patient safety.

Qualifications & Skills

Associates degree in Nursing required. Valid Multi-State RN License or license from the state of residence. American Heart Association BLS CPR certification required within 7 days of hire; CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications within orientation. Previous clinical experience, especially in psychiatric or mental health nursing, is preferred. Strong assessment, documentation, medication administration, and patient safety skills.

Sign-on bonus available based on eligibility. Performs related duties to support patient care and safety.
