Collaborates with clinicians, leaders, and members of the virtual care team to deliver high quality care in accordance with scope of practice. Assist with patient education. Essential
Responsibilities
Monitors electronic messaging related to patient and provider requests and inquires within scope of practice and as delegated by RN. Manages messages in a timely and effective manner to resolve patient requests and concerns.
Determines appropriateness and acuity of needs based upon electronic messaging content and initiates follow-up telephone contact within scope of practice.
