Full-Time Registered Nurse, Health Center Manager role at Premise Health. Leads delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care for client employees at an onsite Health Center in Jacksonville, FL. Combines hands-on clinical care with day-to-day leadership, managing daily operations, staff, hiring, training, performance management, patient flow monitoring, process improvement, infection control, and compliance.
Schedule
Monday and Wednesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Current license as RN in state of practice
- Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support may be required based on contract scope of services
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field
- 2-3 years of management experience
- Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices
