Duties and Responsibilities for LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living. You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy. You create a safe environment where residents can thrive. Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new data

Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.

Take instruction from and report updates to registered nurse/overseeing physician
