About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Nurse to provide 1:1 care for a 9-month-old baby with NG-tube, continuous oxygen, diaper change, medication, and other medical needs.

Requirements
- Current Illinois RN or LPN license
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience
- Private Duty experience preferred, but not required
- Current CPR certification
- Recent TB test (within last year)
- Yearly Physical document
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required
- Skillful, accurate, and timely clinical documentation and supply management
- Physically able to perform the job duties required for this position
