You will work directly with the Interdisciplinary Team under the Director of Nursing to ensure quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Own
Clinical oversight of your assigned unit

On-call rotation (weekends and nights required)
We’re Looking For an RN/LPN Who
Has strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Is highly organized and thrives under pressure
Leads with professionalism and accountability
Understands regulatory compliance and survey expectations
Can manage high census and high turnover efficiently
Is comfortable making real-time clinical decisions
Requirements
Active RN/LPN license
Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing experience preferred
PCC (PointClickCare) experience a plus
Weekend and night availability for on-call rotation (non-negotiable)
