We will rely on you to assess, plan and implement patient care; educate patients and families on disease processes, procedures and medications; and address various patient needs, including, but not limited to, IVs, PICC lines, lab draws, wound care, trachs, G/J tubes, Foley caths and medication administration.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
One year of acute care experience
Current RN state licensure
CPR certification
Ability to travel for in-home patient visits
Exceptional time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Home healthcare/case management experience preferred
