On top of your highly competitive base rate, you will earn extra for every single hour worked: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (1st Shift): +$2.00 per hour • shift differential! 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (2nd Shift): +$5.00 per hour • shift differential! YOUR IMPACT (Key Responsibilities): Clinical Leadership: Supervise and mentor our fantastic team of nursing assistants (CNAs) on your unit. Direct Care: Administer medications and treatments with accuracy according to physician orders. Resident Advocacy: Perform clinical assessments, track health changes, and update care plans. Clear Communication: Collaborate smoothly with residents, families, and our interdisciplinary medical team. WHAT YOU BRING: An active, unencumbered PA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Current CPR Certification. Sharp clinical judgment and excellent communication skills. All experience levels welcome! Long-term care experience is great, but New Grads are fully supported and encouraged to apply!
