About this role

Greenstaff HomeCare is hiring a Lead Caregiver to provide field leadership, caregiver oversight, and compliance support within our home care operations. This role sets the tone for culture within the agency and serves as a gatekeeper for the overall experience of every Care Partner (CP). From initial onboarding through ongoing engagement, this position helps define what it means to be part of Greenstaff.

This role also amplifies the voice of our Care Partners - ensuring they feel heard, supported, and valued. The Lead Caregiver reinforces our purpose, shares our vision, and connects daily work back to our “why”: delivering exceptional care while building a culture rooted in Open, Family, and Passion. In addition to oversight and engagement responsibilities, this position may work shifts as a backup when operationally necessary, leading by example and maintaining continuity of care.
