In this role, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, assisting with dialysis treatments, monitoring patient status, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities:
Set up and disinfect dialysis machines, assist with initiating and terminating dialysis treatments, monitor and document patient vital signs and treatment data, assist with patient transfers, reinforce patient education, adhere to safety and infection control standards, perform Point-of-Care testing, provide compassionate patient-centered care, ensure informed consent, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, maintain cleanliness of treatment areas, monitor inventory and restock supplies.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 months hands-on hemodialysis experience
Current BLS certification
BONENT or NNCC certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills
EMR experience preferred
Detail-oriented with strong observation and documentation abilities
