About this role

Alliance Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dialysis Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, assisting with dialysis treatments, monitoring patient status, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities

Set up and disinfect dialysis machines, assist with initiating and terminating dialysis treatments, monitor and document patient vital signs and treatment data, assist with patient transfers, reinforce patient education, adhere to safety and infection control standards, perform Point-of-Care testing, provide compassionate patient-centered care, ensure informed consent, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, maintain cleanliness of treatment areas, monitor inventory and restock supplies.
