Position Summary
Summary
The Critical Care RN Fellow completes a 3 week didactic program combined with a nine week preceptorship practicum that culminates in the individual RN attaining the knowledge and skill to provide competent, comprehensive nursing care to the critical care patient population. The Critical care RN Fellow will meet the expectations of the RN competencies during the Program and will perform tasks independently after competency has been demonstrated and documented by the preceptor. Until completion of the Fellowship Program, delivery of comprehensive primary care by the Critical Care RN Fellow requires the oversight of an assigned preceptor. Qualifications
