About this role

*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IONM Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in monitoring patients' vital signs and ensuring their safety in a fast-paced medical environment. This position is essential for providing high-quality patient care in our Surgery Center in Allen, TX. Cases are 100% rather easy Pain Management cases.

Qualifications

  • *CNIM or CNIM-eligible required. *
  • Valid Driver License.
  • Current AHA CPR certification.
  • At least 1 year of IONM experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of neuroanatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*Desired Skills*

  • Advanced degree in neuroscience or related field.
  • Experience with advanced modalities.

*Physical Demands*

  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and transport equipment, up to 45 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity for applying electrodes and operating equipment.

*Work Environment*

  • Exposure to surgical environments and potential biohazards.
  • Ability to adapt to variable work schedules, including on-call responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
