About this role
The Director of Clinical Services works to provide overall direction to the hospice clinical team. They are responsible for hiring of qualified hospice personnel: the provision of hospice services, directly, and the delegation to and coordination of hospice personnel evaluations; and establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines. Duties include implementing policies, procedures, and best practices for operations; reviewing and monitoring sales and service performances; supporting, building, and sustaining a diverse team of talent; and communicating clearly to establish and maintain effective relationships with team members.
