This position provides evening and after hours support for hospice patients and their caregivers. $4.50 on call rate, plus hourly rate, and additional call out pay.
Responsibilities
Provide support to patients and caregivers via by phone and/or home visits for urgent matters and significant changes. Provide end-of-life support as needed.

Requires
- Current WA State RN license
- Current drivers license with acceptable drivers abstract
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Must be self directed and autonomous
- Must have excellent observation, problem-solving and communication skills
