About this role
Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in ICU at St. Joseph Hospital, Milwaukee, WI. Administer high-risk medications, IV drips, and complex treatments. Perform detailed patient assessments, recognize subtle changes in condition, and respond rapidly to emergencies. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care. Educate and support patients and families.

Requirements
- RN License (Wisconsin or Compact State)
- Advanced Life Support certification obtained within 6 months of hire date; BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date; Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date OR current home state license if multi-state/Compact State; Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire
