The Registered Nurse - NICU - Temporary Per Diem Research Nurse is responsible for coordinating and overseeing clinical research operations for the New Jersey Health Foundation grant-funded project. The clinical research nurse participates in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating discharge-related tasks in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at JSUMC. This position requires a balance between effective communication skills, organization and clinical knowledge of NICU discharge requirements and processes.

Essential functions include supporting the principal investigator, maintaining documentation, conducting medical record reviews, adhering to organizational standards, and overseeing study operations.
