Certified Nursing Aide

Sign on Bonus $500 for full-time evening shift! We are seeking Full-Time and Part-Time CNA's to join our skilled nursing clinical team. We currently have openings for 6:30 AM-3:00 PM, 2:30pm - 11:00pm, and 10:00pm - 6:30 am. The starting pay rate for this position is $18/hr plus

• Shift Differential: $4/hr for Weekday Evenings and Nights, and $6/hr for all weekend shifts! Actual salary may fall outside of the posted salary range as it is dependent on skills and experience

Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising. Give treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed. Report and record observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated. Transfer, transport and escort residents as needed. Answer signal lights promptly. Change bed linens, make beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly Works as a member of the team. Gets along well with co-workers. Accepts change in a positive manner.

Successful completion of a State approved geriatric nursing assistant training program. Prior geriatric or Long Term Care (LTC) nursing aide experience is preferred. Registration with State registry required Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR) Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards Respectful and compassionate Good time management skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong ethics Physical endurance Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.

Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
