- Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred Qualifications
- CRRN Certification
- Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in post-acute settings
- Experience with telemetry patients and ability to pass Airstrip telemetry competency
- ACLS certification
- Typical Responsibilities
- Assist with rehabilitation care plans established by the interdisciplinary team
- Perform head-to-toe patient assessments
- Administer IV antibiotics and IV medications as needed
- Perform lab draws
- Administer blood products as needed
- Educate patients and family members on care plans and rehabilitation programs
