  • Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
  • Current BLS certification
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • CRRN Certification
  • Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in post-acute settings
  • Experience with telemetry patients and ability to pass Airstrip telemetry competency
  • ACLS certification
  • Typical Responsibilities
  • Assist with rehabilitation care plans established by the interdisciplinary team
  • Perform head-to-toe patient assessments
  • Administer IV antibiotics and IV medications as needed
  • Perform lab draws
  • Administer blood products as needed
  • Educate patients and family members on care plans and rehabilitation programs
  • Ideal Candidate
