Requirements
- Valid state licensing with IV certification (e.g., Paramedic, RN, LVN, LPN)
- Liability insurance of up to $1M through a credited provider
- Proven experience in critical care environments such as ICU or emergency room settings
- Experience with Level I Trauma Centers is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques
- Experience administering injections, phlebotomy, tube feeding management, ventilator support, and ostomy care is advantageous
- Ability to perform physical examinations and vital signs assessment accurately
- Excellent patient assessment skills with a focus on working with diverse populations including pediatrics (neonatal ventilator), seniors (memory care), or individuals with developmental disabilities
