We are currently hiring a part time Licensed Psychiatric Tech (LPT)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for Fremont Hospital!
The LPT/LVN performs under the direction of a Registered Nurse providing nursing care through collaborative efforts with the interdisciplinary treatment team and in accordance with the nursing process and standards of care and practice to assigned patients, utilizing basic understanding of psychiatric and personality disorders.

Qualifications
Education
Graduate from an accredited professional vocational school of nursing. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience
Minimum one (1) year in psychiatric setting required.
Licensure
Licensed to practice from the State Board of Nursing (LPT/LVN License).
Additional Requirement
CPR/AED certification must be current and a copy of your certification must be presented to Human Resources upon hire. You must successfully complete the Fremont Hospital’s non- violent Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training course within 90 days of employment and prior to assisting with preventative intervention measures. You may be required to work overtime and flexible hours.
