About the Role
Panacea Home Healthcare LLC is looking for dedicated and compassionate RNs and LPNs to join our growing team in Springboro OH. This is a one -on-one Home Healthcare. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in home settings, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized patient care plans
- Assist client to take her bath
- medication administration
- Peg and trach care (The patient trach is capped and the patient is on room air)
- Document patient progress, changes in condition, and care provided in accordance with agency standards
- Engage client in recreational activities

Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio in good standing
- Previous home health, long-term care, or clinical nursing experience preferred
