About the Role

Panacea Home Healthcare LLC is looking for dedicated and compassionate RNs and LPNs to join our growing team in Springboro OH. This is a one -on-one Home Healthcare. The hours are Monday through Friday 4pm to 8pm and Saturday 8am to 12 noon. Propestive applicant may also contact Cecilia Dapilah on 513 394 1273 for more information regarding this position. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in home settings, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized patient care plans
  • Assist client to take her bath
  • medication administration
  • Peg and trach care (The patient trach is capped and the patient is on room air)
  • Document patient progress, changes in condition, and care provided in accordance with agency standards
  • Engage client in recreational activities

Requirements

  • Active RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio in good standing
  • Previous home health, long-term care, or clinical nursing experience preferred
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to client's home
  • CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent communication skills
