About this role

Accountable for the delivery of patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family education and collaborates with other healthcare professionals to achieve desired patient outcomes. Provides care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, and ensures patient safety throughout their care journey. May float to various departments based on staffing needs and will be expected to perform a variety of nursing tasks.
